The Social-Emotional Learning Journal: A Journal To Self-Discovery
The SEL Journal (10-Month Journey for students)
This 10-month journal helps students explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships through guided prompts and generous free-writing space. Over the next ten months, you’ll build self-awareness, strengthen your mindset, and develop healthy habits for success in school and beyond.
What is SEL?
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is about understanding and managing emotions, building positive relationships, and making responsible decisions. The five core competencies are self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
Why Journal?
Journaling gives you a safe place to process feelings, set goals, and reflect on challenges. A consistent writing practice can boost confidence, reduce stress, and help you notice—and celebrate—your growth.
